dub!5Ds... um... 5 I think we're at. sans spoilers.
I cannot even say why this episode delighted me so much, because god knows when I watched the original I was bored and wanting to throttle both Jack and Yusei until about the last five minutes whereupon it turned into a big pile of "WTF!?" But god DAMN that delighted me. I think it's the use of words like "revenge fantasy" and "urchin" and "tussle". And Jack going "Yea, yea, yea..." And cutting Yusei off when he was trying to explain a card effect. Then explaining it for him. Actually, all of a sudden I'm reminded of the first Ryo/Edo Zane/Aster duel. Except with more history between the two. Almost the same amount of general bitchiness though. (this said, they will still never be as bitchtasticly awesome as Bitchface and his boyfriend. That's just not going to happen. Ever.)
Also: 4Kids little embellishments to the Jack/Yusei history don't stop being awesome ever. Batshit Insane Scientist Guy also doesn't stop being awesome ever. And neither does Jaeger or whatever his dub name is because I still don't know if his name got changed or not.
