*more water
*two bad things a week, no more
* veggies with every meal but breakfast
*fruit with breakfast
* i don't eat fast food so i'm okay here.
* no soda
* exercise more. 4-5 times a week. swimming is very good, but so is other things.
* join field hocky team
* play basketball with dad on the weekends
* do 50 crunches or more every night!
* jog with the dog 30 mins + if i don't have another form of exercise
* irish dance for fun outside of class.
* keep goals. and work hard! =)
