Confession time - I'm procrastinating. You might be wondering why...I have a SHIT load of make-up/homework to do and I...really...don't...feel...like...it. So, I'm going to type here until 1:30. Or until someone comes in and yells at me for not doing homework.
So, I have this idea about weight loss (because my unofficial New Year's resolution was to lose weight). My idea is that if you eat about half about what you normally would, let that sit for maybe five minutes and then do some exercise, you will not eat as much! I don't know why, but after I "work-out" I am just not hungry anymore. Therefore, instead of eating that second helping, you just burned some calories my friend! My work-out of choice is of course Just Dance 3! It's so addictive and fun that I can't resist it (like, it's an addiction - I almost played it at 1 in the morning yesterday! I would've woke the neighbors! Teehee!). And so my fat friends, there's no excuse anymore! I feel like Katy Perry in the ProActive commercials when she says, "I have the secret, here's the secret, go use it! *laughs*". So go work out now! And eat less! And have an AH mazing 2012 - the year of Gaga AND weight loss!
