Rules of transportation

Jul 01, 2007 22:36

I am posting rules for transportation from here on out. I'm sorry if I sound like an ass, but please understand that I cannot afford to keep running people back and forth everywhere. So here are the rules:

1) The car is to remain clean at all times. It is not a trash compactor, so please, do take out any garbage that is within the vehicle. (This only applies with fastfood runs and the like.)

2) Spare special circumstances, (Ex. TND, emergency) Gas money must be on hand for the trip. 20.00 is preferred, but anything less will do to keep the tank filled depending on the destination. 5.00 minimal for simple runs, longer runs pending.

3) Smoking will happen in the car. I will have the windows down when I light up. So those that are allergic, has asthma, or anything of the sort will not be affected as much. I do have a brother who has asthma. When he was riding with me one day, I did smoke in the car and had the window down for him, therefore it didn't effect him. During the winter, I will smoke once we hit a destination out of the car. Wouldn't want you guys to freeze during the trip.

4) Seatbelts are to be worn at all times. I cannot emphasize that enough. The long arm of the law is cracking down on this one. Especially when its the passengers in the back seat. I know the older models don't have the shoulder harness, but please, wear the seatbelt.

These are simple rules, and I know they are strict and I sound like an asshole, but like I said, I can't afford any more freebies here. I'm still looking for a job currently and hopefully once I do, this will be more leniant. This may make most of you not want me to run you places and I don't like it as much as the next person over. But this is how it is from here on out.

Any questions, feel free to let me know.
