A conversation I had with a customer
Just so you guys know this was a conversation with a customer yesterday I had. I have it cut down so it won't take too much space.
Me: Good Afternoon, Napa Auto Parts, this is Ian Speaking.
Customer: Hi, this is Bill down at Paige Equipment.
Me: Okay. *Types their account number on the PC*
Bill: Is Dean there?
Me: *Looking to Pops whose helping someone else out.* Dean is currently busy with a customer at the moment.
Bill: Oh... Is Troy in?
Me: *Looking around* Troy stepped outside for a few moments.
Bill: Oh... Is Don there?
Me: Nope, Don has the day off today.
Bill: *Sounding Flustered* Is there ANYONE there that's working today?
Me: Yeah... Me.
*Silence*
Bill: ...Nice. I'll call you guys back in a few. *Hangs up*
One of the rare times I'm witty. I was dead by the time he called. You'd think he'd tell me what he needs and I could try to help him out. *shakes his head*
I'm done.
