Threadhopping: YES - So long as it's not private or anything? Try and make sure anyone else in the thread is cool with it.
Fourthwalling: YES - But he has such a tiny role in his canon, how likely will it be to be brought up?
Offensive Subjects: YES - Picky is a child, and he'll be upset if offensive things happen/are said, but as a player, I'm fine.
