So, today was okay. Sleeping in brings a great joy to my heart, the kind of joy that only eleven hours of sleep can bring. YES. you heard me right, ELEVEN. It most likely would have been more hadn't my cat woke me up at 1. Yes, my cat wakes me up. She likes to bang on the door and meow because shes hungry, whats up with that? Cats are creatures of oddity, but i adore them. Much more than dogs actually, but i digress... I walked downstairs to see a lovely arrangement of IMs one in particular from Kate telling me to wake up. I texted her asking what was up and she told me she was coming to get me, as i explained that i needed a shower, she said she didn't care. I even explained how gross my hair was, and she was like psh I'm coming. Needless to say, i need a shower. So, Kate picked me up close to 1:30-2:00 pm, and as we pull out of my neighboorhood who do we see? Melanie Sturgis, that's who! She told us she was going to follow us, so to kate's house we went. I'm surprised my ADHD survived that. Dare I say it Kate's family may be crazier than my own! Oh snippy snap. Yes, i did just say snippy snap. I got to hear some crazy grandmom stories. Let me tell you, now my grandmom is one crazy old lady. She has three teeth, or used to. Now she only has two, but when she had three teeth she used to tell me she only had three because one was for breakfast, one was for lunch, and one was for dinner. I love my grandmom. But i digress once again... after that rousing trip Kate and I traversed to Brew Haha on mainstreet and had some coffee. I also got a garlic hummus pita. That pita was most orgasmic let me tell you. Tasty oh so tasty. Anyway, i'm getting hungry speaking about it so i should stop that. After our trip to Brew Haha we traversed onward towards Berts where I was going to either get a Frank Zappa, or David Bowie CD. I decided against that because it would involve spending money, and I am limited on that subject right now. However, Kate picked up a... well... either Bryan Adams, or Ryan Adams CD. Yeah, well one of the Adams's music was purchased. She also bought Brian a Q and not U album on vinyl. Nice gesture on her part. Anyway, after the Bert's experiance she dropped me off here, where I played guitar, ate chinese food and spoke to a few people on the telephone. Overall, i'd say i had a pretty good day/night. Good times good times. Maybe this break will be a nice one after all. I'm looking VERY forward to sleeping in tomorrow :). And now, something a little different.
