I'm surprised you watch Skins. Tell me you hate Freddie. The cast is awful but I'm excited for the ridiculous drama.

i try to pretend freddie doesnt exist. you know which character i kinda like? panda? i hated her initially, but now i like her.

Panda is qt. She could use some subtitles though.

they all could. actually, i think if you watch it on bbc america, there are subtitles sometimes.

I don't have that channel unfortunately. It took me like a year to figure out that in the first episode of series 1, Sid says "I didn't have a sociology test, did I?" when I thought it would be something more interesting.

i dont recall that line. i think i just ignore dialogue i dont understand. did you watch skins in order? i actually watched series 3 first. then went back and watched 1 & 2. i think that's why i dont totally hate the 2nd generation.

Yeah, I watched it in order. The 2nd gen would suck less if there wasn't a love triangle. I have very low expectations for the upcoming season which should make me like it more than the previous one.

i'm trying to have low expectations, but i'm so excited that it's coming back. probably because this will be the first time i'll be watching it "live" since i just discovered it after series 3 ended.
i was sad to discover how much better effy was when she barely talked in the first 2 series.

I still like Effy aside from her inexplicably loving Freddie. I think I'm in the minority because I also love Cookie. None of my friends watch Skins, so I need someone to complain to and freak out with about it. Yay, tonight.

i was so excited about watching last night's ep, but then i ended up falling asleep trying to watch it. stupid boring thomas.

It sucked so hard. The theme song remix is gross. The club scene gave me a headache. Thomas is so pointless. The other characters weren't shown enough (not even enough to make Freddie piss me off). I loled when Panda said "No, you fucker." Effy should have come in earlier to save the episode. I'm disappointed because I secretly hoped that it would be amazing.

ugh yes that remix was horrible. it's like they took it and flushed it down the toilet and you're just hearing it spin around and around in the bowl. that probably makes no sense.

i liked the club scene in that it showed everyone tho i wish it had showed more. lol i thought freddie was the guy sitting on the floor watching cook do that girl at first and i thought "lol loser"

thomas was fine when he was a background character that only popped up to comfort one of the other cast members, but i dont think he needs his own whole episode. especially not over others (like i think panda & naomi aren't getting one this season?)

i wouldve preferred thomas's sis getting the ep. she was funny. and i'm glad panda told thomas to fuck off. what a douche for hurting panda.

and aww at you secretly hoping it would be amazing :( i have higher hopes for next week's ep. i like emily and naomi though emily can be too clingy. and this is torture having to wait a week between eps.
