Dear Cassie Lou Veaudry...

It's Cassies 16th birthday and I think that's really great,
I really can't wait to go to her house and pile cake up on my plate.
maybe we'll go swimming or or play some Birthday games,
wait, scratch that thought cause birthday games are really very lame.
I haven't any money so i'll tell ya what I'll do,
I'll jump out from random places and distribute hugs to you.
There's no doubt that this Birthday will be the very best,
It deserves a glorious title such as "Cassie's Birthday Fest".
We'll get balloons and food and gifts of many shapes and sizes,
But out of all these gifts can you guess what the bestest prize is.
I might not bring a present, however please don't be alarmed,
you'll feel all warm and tingly when you're wrapped up in my arms.
You'll be rather startled when I jump out from behind a wall,
you'll give a yell of shock so loud that it's heard by all.
people will come running to see what there is to see,
and get there just in time to see you recieving a hug from me.
The room will be filled with smiles and people going "aaawww",
All because i can't buy you a present and stealing's against the law.
I hope you enjoyed reading this very messed up poem,
i have nothing better to do when I'm all alone at home.
So cassie, have a splendid birthday, one that's filled with love,
and remember, you never know when i will jump out and give you a geat big hug.

much love on your 16th birthday from Jennifer Katherine St.Laurent
