I really enjoy filmmaking, but god damn, all those stories I've read about it are so true. It can be aggravating as hell! Nothing ever goes as plan, so you always have to have a plan B, C, and D. Yesterday, Ryan and I were driving around for static shots to film, and we were going over the Northport bridge and noticed down the river, there was another bridge, and older bridge, and right behind it was the sun setting. So we get all the way to the other side of the bridge, park his car near that exit, and walked all the way back to the middle of the bridge (this is a long fucking bridge) and we were going to film the sun setting behind the old bridge, but as we finally got to the middle of the bridge, the sun had already set. That sucked.
After filming scenes, I went home, ate, called Landon to see if he wanted to see The Darjeeling Limited because he's the only one here who likes Wes Anderson movies. It was good. I was just surprised it actually came here.
