Today Conrad and I were sitting in the Study when a 'Reccer' (she was clearly a Reccer) asked if we would fill out a survey.
"Why not!" I said, and it clearly became obvious "why not", indeed.
She was doing market research for a product called the "Bush Mate". It is essentially a product you can put into a nalgene bottle (I assume it's a type of liner) for the use of "sanitary napkin disposal" while camping.
Sorry, but what?
The survey included the following questions:
Can you think of any other uses for the Bush Mate?
Yes, I'm diabetic so I can dispose my syringes into it. I could also use it as a portable aquarium, to carry potpourri, or to hit people or things I don't like.
and
What do you think of the name "Bush Mate"?
I don't think something that's supposed to be sanitary should sound so dirty. I would suggest the name "Poubelle-Mini" because 'poubelle' means 'garbage can' in french, and french is classy.
There were other questions, but I forget them now. Too bad. - When the girl retrieved the completed form, she said (without looking at my answers), "Thanks a lot! You've really helped me out."
But I'm not so sure.
