I have another big race behind me. I walked straight from the pep rally on Friday to the family vehicle, and spent the rest of the evening brooding about how miserable the run would be today, only leaving the house to go back to school to find my English textbook. I tried to divert my attention by making a mix cd, which I had originally planned as the mix to end all mixes. I guess it's best to start with an ideal in mind, I had imagined something about the ideals and the future of pop music/the world (since they're surely intertwined), though I fell short of my original plan, since I didn't find a place for Work It, La Noy
