The month of February.
My grandmother died. Her funeral services were earlier this week, and I was really nervous about going. I had never been to a funeral before, let alone one for such a close family member. In the end, I am so glad that I was there for it. I was amazed at how many people showed up, the place was packed. It shouldn't have come as a surprise to me because my grandma was a tremendous woman and it is wonderful to know that she touched so many lives. I'm going to miss her so much.
I moved into my first place. I couldn't be happier with the place I'm living now. My roommates have been awesome, especially the little fluffy one. It's like we are a big happy family, and I hope it stays that way, I don't see why it wouldn't. The location is perfect, 10 minutes from work, 10 minutes from downtown Seattle. We barely have neighbors, I think there are only 2 other people living in our building, so it's very quiet. I hope everyone who reads this will come over and hang out with us sometime, we're cool, and there is plenty of parking.
Two of my main entertainment sources are gone. Yesterday was a hard day, it was the final show of The Adam Carolla Show and Late Night with Conan O'Brien. My early morning and late night entertainment has been ripped away from me, and I don't know how I'm going to survive. It's not all bad though, Adam is going to start doing a daily podcast, and more movies (Like The Hammer, if you haven't seen it, watch it. It's VERY good, even if you're not an Adam Carolla fan... and if you're not, fuck you.) and Conan will be taking over The Tonight Show, so I guess I don't have anything to complain about really... it's just not the same.
I just want this month to be over.
...also, I'm looking for a cuddle buddy. I am very nice, smell good (most of the time) and I'm soft and squishy, so you will be kept warm very easily. I like to watch movies, or just sit around and listen to post-rock while talking about life. Interested? Anyone? ...anyone?
