(no subject)
well its been over a week, time for an update.
the last week was kind of shitty overall as, while it flew by, nothing too eventful occurred. on the weekend, friday, not many people went out and i ended up having some brews with the boys in my room during the sabres game which was decent. saturday ended up being a mess, however, because we didnt go out until almost 11 and bouncing from one lame party to another until the girls asked if i could drive for them to a barely-off-campus party and since i only had 3 beers and a little jack and coke over the span of 3 hours i was fine to do so and did. it wouldve been a decent party if i was drunk but instead it was just an hour or so of hanging out until they wanted to leave. im pretty sure i stayed up late and such before going to bed.
last night, however, was good. skipped psych because i like cutting corners and went to poetry which thankfully only lasted an hour. after some dinner with daniel i met up with kelly and the girls from penfield for the format/guster concert at water street. twas a splendid event; the format played really really well and will be back this summer and guster killed it and made everyone laugh with some of their antics, making it a really good time. thouroughly enjoyable. then, around 1 o'clock, against my better judgement, i joined mike dan and clem in celebrating the departure of mikes asian roommate by having some brews. went to bed a little after 4 and now im here, up way too early and will probably be crashing soon.
while i was looking forward to going to a sleeping kings how tomorrow night here in roch, i have to go home instead so that my dad can take my car in for inspection as it expires at the end of the month. so, friday will consist of watching the sabres game and hopefully seeing george and nat and others as will as nick delcarlo hopefully as its been too long. saturday i'll be attending daemens springfest with emily, yes that emily. its been w long while since we hung out, i think since the summer when we had a little excursion to the mall. its gonna be a big daytime drinking thing so i think ill limit it and possibly head back to RIT saturday night if nothing pops up. otherwise ill go back during the day sunday.
things to look forward to: making $20 for an hour long psych research thing monday, state radio concert tuesday, cinco de mayo and francesco coming up to RIT for such. w00t.
