I want to post because I actually feel like writing something and NO its nothing about my assenine brother (Thanks for your comments by the way ladies always appreciated)
Tonight, is my 9th day on The Weight Watcher diet and I wrote out my points for today. I sat there as I Wrote the points and I stopped and went to the hallway mirror. I looked at myself in the mirror and I'm starting to see a difference. Its not MAJOR differences but Im feeling like I've lost weight. Little things Im noticing like when I wear my t-shirts or any shirt for that matter I have a little (well okay not so little) roll that sticks out within the shirt and Im noticing that its slowly dwindling and going away. Which is GREAT thats one of the many things of my body that bothers me is my "roll". I honestly havent exercised as much as I'd like to... I really wanna get to the community center when I'm NOT working and walk the treadmill and do the stairmaster and all that stuff. Im going to start up my crunches in the AM again. I'm going to cut back on my napping time and use that time to use the walking tapes downstairs and then when the weather gets better Im going to start walking outdoors. Whenever I'm not working on the weekends would anyone be interested on being a walking partner with me? They won't be long walks at first... babysteps first.
Okay I'm feeling great... but a tad tired due to talking online lastnight til 2am with Lon. He got a computer and we chatted on the phone and then moved the conversation to AIM. He's so damn cute I can't stand it. He asked me if I was going to be watching the Jets game on Saturday and if I was going to be cheering them on. I said "I will now" hahaha... He's going to be coming to my house some night to get some lessons on how to use a computer it's hysterical. He asked me for the types of beer my dad likes to drink so he can supply it for my dad as a thank you for helping Lon learn computers. Not much was discussed just little chit chat... um.. he can't go to the concert I asked him to and unfortunately we're not going to go afterall due to a religious obligation that night needing us to be at the music hall for 5pm choir rehearsal for the 7pm mass. That's alright I just got an invitation to see the SWING DOC's perform at the Albany College Of Pharmacy February 4th Im not sure I'm going to ask Lon to that but we'll see...
