Long ago, in a land far, far away called Syracuse, I was a webdesigner. Ok, not officially, but I was pretty proficient; I'd venture to say I was good. But alas, time went by and I graduated into the real world. I stopped spending my time in PSP and FTP. I opted instead for this journal: pre-manufactured and easy, and I left behind my beloved
domain. When my husband asked me to design him a website for his art portfolio, I agreed. After all, the guy is talented and he's donating an original painting to my school's charity dinner. I owe him one. I worried that I would disappoint myself though. It has been so long since I designed a kick ass layout and lived on the computer for 12 hours straight. I also no longer own Dream Weaver, so all my coding would have to be copied from my own site, and hand coded...
It turns out I haven't lost my mojo.
It's just the splash so far, and it's nothing fancy, but it's here! The rest of the site will be designed this summer. Phew!
