Joce shared something to me this morning, she was talking to Eve last night and she asked 'Why do some people who don't walk right and yet get an abundance of blessings in their life but for some Christians who do walk right, they simply have their fair share of abudance?'
This has been a mind-boggling question for me ever since i knew Christ. I didn't understand:
1) Spiritually Strong vs Spiritually not-as-strong Christians - Why they dont get equitable blessings?
2) Christians vs Non-Christian - Why christians face more persecution than other religions and why most of the christians i know suffers/suffered alot
Iyah, perhaps being in a particular religion/organisation/school, you tend to look at these people with different light, so you scruntize their behavior and life in greater depth.
And so, Eve told Joce: 'it will depend on how you view blessings; what is your definition of blessings? as for those chrisitians who dont walk right with God but get bountiful of blessings, their treasures are not stored up in heaven... (okay cannot remember what Joce said), as for the other christians who are at the other end of the spectrum, its the character-building process that matters, for as long as we walk right with God He will see our heart for Him.'
