It probably is in her best interest to ignore it, though her curiosity at least, keeps her aware of his movements while she busies herself with the plants in the area.
Could he be trying to take steps toward doing something constructive? But no, that probably would be asking for too much. She did wonder how Martel was adjusting, though. especially since she hadn't heard from the woman since her arrival a few days ago.]

There's no way that Raine hasn't noticed him. He's somewhat surprised that she hasn't called him out, but he won't question a blessing. He does, however, make the mistake of briefly glancing over his shoulder, just to keep an eye out on her - which definitely does not fall into the category of "pointedly ignoring."]

Martel is adjusting just fine; I've been here to help her. [Maybe sounding just slightly defensive there.] There's nothing for me to adjust to. Four thousand years may have passed since I last saw my sister alive, but she's still my sister. Nothing has changed between us.
