(no subject)
I was just reading through some old entries. It's obvious to me that I've grown a lot these past few years. At the core I feel that I'm still the same person, but I definitely do not worry about things like I use to. Which is great!!!
So I just got back from New Orleans today. Went to see The Black Keys at the New Orlean's Contemporary Art Center. They were amazing as always. I had a front row stand (cause there was no seating...which I liked). I really got to see them up close and personal. Dan Auerbach was just wailing on guitar and Patrick Carney was fiercely banging on his drums. This photographer took a really awesome picture with Dan on stage and me in the shot with the crowd. If I can find it I will post it in here. He showed the picture to me and it was amazing. This was my first show being up so close that I didn't leave drenched in sweat, which would have been fine, but it was nice to leave dry this time :) They had the doors opened to the outside and I think that really helped a lot. A very nice venue.
I'm so ready to move. I can't wait to get started in Seattle. I'm going to start looking into local community colleges around there and finish my A.A. and also bring up my GPA. Then I guess it will be on to a University. I am feeling completely behind on school, but not until recently have I figured out what I really wanted to do.
I'm going to go watch The Wrestler now....heard it's pretty good.
