It seems
we still need to work hard for the things that matter the most. Or, well, maybe not necessarily so. But we need to work hard for some things, definitely. Cheers for the feeling of accomplishment?

Mommy wanted to celebrate. Pasko ng pagkabuhay, Easter Sunday, Resurrection Day. So now we have lots of food for lunch. For dinner, too, probably. This celebration would be done outside of the house as a family (maybe on a road trip or at least a meal and movie at the mall), but we can't have that. Okay, maybe can't isn't the right word. But with our contrasting wants (which do not necessarily contrast as much as they would if it weren't for the desire to have them contrasting), I don't think there is a better word to use.
On a separate note, we have lots of ants. Seriously. And they go to me, too. Seriously. It is slightly disturbing (more because I can't leave food lying around any random place) and, really, meep.
All things considered, life is (even more) beautiful. Thanks. :)
