we were super rad.

So, I'm sorry that I've been really busy with life that I can even fathom beginning to update this thing, but I'll give you a quick rundown of all the new things in my life because for once work is REALLY boring that I have no idea what to do with myself.

Firstly, the zombie walk went awesomely. We had over 325 undead roam down high street. It so cold and rainy, but it was our biggest turnout yet! I had Eric at Wild Zero Studios (aka the dude who has done all my tatts)do my makeup for the walk and it was well, here. check it out.

Since then, my friends and I are opening a comic book/gaming shop. I'm really excited to be apart of something that hopefully facilitates the community of Morgantown on their path to nerdom. We've got our business license and a place picked out. We're just waiting for the loan to come through.

In the same vein, I also went to Baltimore Comic Con with said comic dudes and we had a really cool time. I ate five guys burgers and fries(and nearly died of a delicious heart attack.) Also, I got to meet the creator of Usagi Yojimbo, Kabuki, and most importantly the guy who created The Walking Dead and Invincible. Arguably two of my favorite comics.

Robert Kirkman and me!

Yesterday was a pretty horrible day. I couldn't make myself go to class for the first half of the day. I.am.sick.of.school. Seriously, I thought about how much I hated my life at the moment because I do not like it at all. I have no motivation to do well except that I don't want to take any of the classes again. However, yesterday started looking up when I went to advising because I found out (AFTER HAVING TO DEAL WITH SOME SERIOUS BULLSHIT WITH MY TRANSCRIPT) that I only have to take 3 classes to finish the journalism program. Yet, I need 6 more hours to graduate. So I'm registered for Orientation to Scuba, Intermediate Ice Skating and maybe something else if I get bored. I can see the light at the end of the shitty school tunnel. I might just make it after all and being all doom and gloom about the whole process isn't going to make it any better. So suck it up, bitch.

The Pens are doing really awesome this year. We've only lost 2 games so far and the new players are really pulling their weight. Goligoski and Rupp are definitely impressing me each game. Also, here is my chance to talk some smack of the Flyers. Man, they're having a rough season so far, Gagne is out with some hemmoroids or something. Hartnell tries to take a bite out of Letang and Mike Richards takes a cheap shot on David Booth's head but it's a clean hit, though he had to leave on a stretcher. But the necessity of hit was pretty debatable, he could of him in the chest just as easy. Thugs, the lot of them.

Oh well, that's hockey. Remember that time Kasparitis nailed Lindros?

Yeah, me too. Dang, I wish more people watched hockey.

Also, I've made a valiant effort to stop swearing so much. Not because I think there is anything inherently wrong about these silly words that people get upset over. But because I'm having trouble censoring myself or using alternative vocabulary when I'm my grandma or sometimes small children in public. I'm getting pretty good at it, thankfully.

In other news, I spent like 70 bucks last night on comic books online. I'm really jazzed.

I am looking forward to thanksgiving break. COOOMMMEEEOOONGETHERE. I just have to write like 15 pages before that happens. GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
