my last few weeks have included:
1. crisis prevention and intervention training
2. first use of a restraint on a student
3. helped run meeting for migrant workers with young children - culture shock, but very rewarding
4. invitation to speak at a conference for adaptive PE coaches on physical needs of pre-k ESE children
5. lost D and A in the afternoons due to their teacher's bias against EH children
6. watched one of my babies brother (3rd grader) be arrested at school
7. have been heart broken and frustrated over the progress of my EH baby - he's asked me to a) be his mom b) be his family c) be his cousin. he's reading, writing, and adding in kindergarten - absolutely brilliant - but has no control over his anger...
8. didn't talk to S for 2 and a half weeks. he may never grow up or be ready for the type of relationship i need...and i can't stop loving him.
9. slept for more hours than i care to admit
