i'm listening to the leak of Pretty. Odd. and I'm three songs in [first one that i haven't heard yet] and it's sending shivers up my spine. I'm so happy to have this band back, it's been so fucking long, it's ridiculous.

so converse is putting out a Kurt Cobain set for their 100th anniversary and one of the kicks is these
and in any other situation they'd be totally rad
but the mere idea of taking his work [the words/drawings are straight from his journal] and putting into some shit mass marketing campaign to add to capitalist america is one of the things kurt died fighting for, and this makes me completely sick.
everyone says it was butchered, but it kinda makes me feel good.
lastly, i think ima start emailing Tony from MCS again. :]
