Oh What a Beautiful Morn-ing! Oh what a beautiful day....
So Yesterday was fun and busy. :)
I went to class and came back and lounged out for a little in my room, basically doing nothing and picking up lunch. Afterwards I went outside and had an awesome Bible Study. I decided to compare two chapters of the Bible, one from the Old Testament and one from the New Testament. It was awesome! I looked at Psalm 25 and John 1. And basically began to analyze the two, looking for similarities, anything. And it was awesome because basically, just within the chapter of John 1 I found tons of answers to Psalm 25's requests and pleas. It was really great to see. Basically, I found the Old Testament requests and prayers answered in the New Testament's Gospel, the life of Jesus. It was awesome. It just proved to me how true it is when we speak of the Bible being the complete revelation of the Lord. So awesome.
So after my amazing quiet time with the Lord, I went and played frisbee with some friends. It was awesome. I really enjoy playing ultimate frisbee. And it kept me active for over an hour so I didn't have to go to the gym! I love that I can work out and just have fun with friends instead of the cookie-cutter going to the gym. :) And I can enjoy the beautiful weather!
So then I took a shower, and was off to navs. :) Yay Ann! Great job sweetie! Ann is so gifted and amazing. And she is so on fire for God, truly caring, I can't say enough about her. I always look up to her as a spiritual model and inspiration. :)
Then I hung out with Allyson, Amanda, and Deanna. Which was amazingly fun. He, he, he... This is only the beginning. :)
Then I came back to the dorm, chatted with Troy for a little while about each other's day... and then when we got off the phone to go to sleep... well, as normal Emily and I met up and we ended up talking forever. Now, I got off the phone around 1:30-2ish, and Emily and I talked until like 4:30 in the morning. Eeek! Needless to say, yeh. I'm a bit tired today.
BUT! God is with me and I'm happy that He has blessed me not only with another day to glorify Him, but another beautiful spring day!
