It's not a tuma!
With this glorious day that I have off, I planned on working on my midterm that is due Wednesday. Well, I have done everything but work on it. Can you say "procrastinate?" I slept in, watched TV, cleaned house a little, went to the grocery store, went to my mom's house, fooled around online a little... ohmygosh... I can't imagine if I have this little motivation for a piddly 4 page midterm, how am I ever going to get through comps???

I can't believe I forgot to post this when it happened. We (the Kindergartners of Hodgin Elementary School) went to the zoo for field trip last week. So all week, our committess invovled making zoo animals. We made lions, giraffes and elephants. I led the group working on the lions because it was so involved. So after they glued all the pieces together, I would have them copy the word "lion" on the paper to label it. Well, one day with one group, I wrote the word upside to me but right-side up to the group of kids sitting around me and it looked right until I noticed that they all labeled their lions "Loins." I had spelled it wrong! How stupid! So I have my "loins" hanging in the hall for all to enjoy.

The automated lady that answers when I call my voicemail has a major attitude. I listened to a message then listened to the options "would you like to save, delete, etc..." and I didn't choose anything because I assumed it would just skip to the next voicemail. Well, the stupid ho comes on "Are you still there?" How rude!

I took Zeus to Petsmart to get groomed and he looks so handsome! But the groomer told me that he has a tumor in his mouth. I have needing to take him to the vet to have his teeth cleaned because his breath smells worse than a porta-potty (poor guy), but now it will probably be more involved to get rid of the tumor. What is with my pets and tumors?! My kitty has one on her lip and had one her paw, my mouse has a ginormous one on her side, now Zeus has one on his lip.
