(no subject)
So I've got that 315 slump and don't really want to start something new so I'm gonna post my thoughts.
I drove allllll the way to freakin' shrewsbury after work on monday (which takes at least 1/2 an hour from work in 5pm Worcester traffic) to go to newbury comics to buy the new herbie hancock cd b/c john mayer is on it (well I enjoy Herbie Hancock as well). So I get up there and like a fool don't know the name of the cd. So i literally start searching through every single cd to see the copyright dates of each cd-maybe the new one is there...no dice. Ok so I go and look for other cds with much more success. Sadly I purchased "Further down the spiral" for the first time in my life on monday. Yes I'm a sad sad girl who is as crunchie as she says she is. OH well. I also found the double disk "best of pavement" for 15 bucks! Score! so I picked that up and man I was pumped. Most of you won't know who pavement is b/c you probably listen to bad music. Well that cd is amazing and hasn't left my hands since I got it...for real I listen to it in the car on the way home then bring it in and listen to it in the shower after I work out. OH man soooo good! Well finally I decide I'm going to the counter to purchase these fine pieces of music and then I'm going home. When I finally ask about the HH cd guess what-it doesn't come out till tuesday. Sweet so now I just drove all the way up here with gas at no lie 2.74/gal and you awnt to tell me it's not here GAAAH! Whatever I'm going to NH this weekend so I'll go to bullmoose and get it half off b/c I finally have enough points.
So let's see what else? Well I will be in small town N-H again this weekend. This is literally about the last time I will have until travel is over in Nov. so if you want to see me call my cell or email me. I'm hoping to drink alcohol, watch movies and just do things that don't require a lot of brain power as most of it has been taken up these past couple of weeks. Anyone got any ideas?
This myspace thing is finally catching on. I"ve found soooo many people on there it's great-lots of j2 people so i'm pumped!
I'm going to dinner at my coworkers house tonight. Her daughter went to FPC with me so she's been helping me out with stuff. Her daughter just went back for school and the husband is away on business so she's having me allison and patrick over for a huge feast to fill her void. Hey a free meal with a very good looking lithuanian I'm not complaining :o)
Lauren started high school this week-man I'm not ready for this hehe. She's such a great person I'm so glad we're like sisters now. She's gonna do great in school, she's smart she's good looking and she's got a new man! Damn I'm jealous!
Alright well I had so many whitty things to say and of course I forgot. Don't buy the bloc party cd at least not the EP it's really bad...Tim said I should return it and try the real cd but that means another trip to shrewsbury-we'll see.
