so, today we were in the middle of a bilzzard. one of those cold COLD dry blowy blizzards. so of course there are snow drifts everywhere, especially at the foots of driveways that angle up into the yard from the street. and of course there were idiots who just HAD to come to KROGER to get a COUPLE OF BAGS OF M&M'S, so the m

TIME THE FUCK OUT

so. i felt my kitten brushing up against my leg under the desk and i was like "what the fuck are you doing?" and when i looked down there wasnt n e thing there, and i was like "w t f?" and alyssa was like "dont talk in IM language" and i was like no serlesslee i thought the kitten was rubbing my leg but shes not there. and alyssa was like "shes not even in here *ding ding of her bell coming from the kitchen* .........(speak of the devil)shes in there". and i was like "oh no its a ghost kitten" and then alyssa confessed.......SHE HAD FELT IT TOO. and then i described how it felt like a kitten rubbing against your leg, and alyssa agreed and then in one voice we rejoiced AND A TAIL. *raised eyebrows* "weird" be both giggled. and alyssa shared that she had felt a kitten rubbing her leg but then to see nothing present when she would look down, and never said anything due to fear of being called a witch and burned on a stake or hung like your momma. but then i realized....if we both felt this....maybe there is a ghost!!!!!!!1

creepy.

-the writer ever so slightly elaborated small details of the above story, however; there really probably is a ghost kitten living under the desk.

anyway. where was i...oh yeah...we couldnt close down because there were still people out shopping in the midst of all this. and even though people were calling off for the night, leaving early, and calling off tomorrow already, we werent allowed to close. so when i finally do get to leave theres a good 8-12 inches of snow drifted in the bottom of my driveway, not to mention about 6 inches in the road because they hadn't plowed yet. so what do i do? gun it and try to make it in one go. and do you know what happened? i got stuck in the middle of the road damn near perpendicular to the curb. so i try rocking it..nothing. i make alyssa jump on my bumper as i rock. nothing. so i decide that we'll just have to dig until i can rock it enough to get it going up the hill and just leave it at the bottom of the driveway. so as alyssa digs i get back in and continue to rock the truck. then this guy comes running up and tells me to keep rocking it, but im scared because i dont want to run him over...so we switch spots and another guy comes running out of the bar and helps push and then we got it all the way up in the driveway!!! and then i thanked them and the one said "you might not like men, but we are good for something" and you know what? that is the nicest thing he couldve said. he knew we were gay(although i think he thought we were the previous owners still) but still came running out of a nice warm bar drinking his nice cool beer into the fucking blizzard to push my truck through a foot of snow. it lets me know that there are people out there that are still "good deed doers". and when it comes down to it, a person can still set aside differences and help a brother out.
