Update to Cotton On
Dear Imagynne,
Firstly i would like to apologise that you were offended whilst shopping in a Cotton On store, offending customers is certainlty the last thing that we as a company intend to do.
In relation to your issue with our singlets named 'The Beater', I have taken this up with our menswear buying department and they have assured me that the next order of these tops will be renamed and will no longer be refered to as the Beater. I can sompletley understand where you are coming from and want to assure you that we are taking this matter seriously as the last thing Cotton On wants to do is make your past experiances feel trivial.
Here at Cotton On we have set up the 'Cotton On Charity Foundation', we use all the procedes from our enviro bags to help out charities, at the moment we are working with a struggeling village in Uganda, but I will defiantly pass on your idea about donating to Women's Shelters as it is definalty a charity that i am sure many of our customers would be able to relate to in some way.
