Hey, is there an LJ feed for your Wordpress blog?

not that I know of. there is one that feeds LJ *to* other blogs but not vicey-versa.
I can be pretty dense, but I hear that my blog has RSS . . . but I have no idea how to enable it (if that is what needs to happen). I'm looking into it. (Help appreciated!)
