i'm in a motel in missoula, montana. montana and wyoming are both gorgeous. i'm tired from driving like 12 hours both of the last 2 days. also, i got some sort of killer cold the day before i left and have been doing this trip with my head so congested that my ears are constantly popped like i was in an airplane. on the plus side, buena is a helluva trooper in the car. out of the 24 hours in the car so far she has meowed a total of 4 times. and sat in my lap for like 5 hours today. she's extra affectionate in the situations that make most cats vomit and want to die. go figure. yup.
