i want to purchase a house soooo bad. there is no possible way for me to own a house in chicago because real estate prices are insane. the only way i could afford to buy a house is if i lived in a horrible neighborhood. maybe i should start saving for a down payment, so that when i move i can buy a house right away. it may sound like a really grown up thing to do but it would feel so great to be able to do whatever i want to the house. it is also a really great investment. i really don't want to have to give my rent money to the man much longer. i guess my goal is to own a house by the time i am 27. that gives me about 5 years.
today i hung out with a few girls and it was so refreshing. other than chilling with my baby i haven't really had any "girl" time since i left the valley. i hope to have more of it in the future!
