I've been a member at my gym for a year. I weigh the same amount that I did last year. Sometimes I gain a few, sometimes I lose a few.
The problem is that I don't really monitor what I put in my mouth. Orange juice is my downfall, and portion control is a beautiful thing. But what happens when you're tired of water's blandness and you just want to eat until you're no longer hungry.
I don't know what to do. I'd rather be fat and happy than fit and miserable.
