100 calories - Two pieces of chocolate (I guesstimated)
150 calories - Strawberry Banana yogurt
100 calories - Iceberg Salad and Fat-Free French Dressing
120 calories - Fruit Juice
70 calories - Raisin Toast
EDIT: 150 calories - Two Coconut Cookies (damn those girl scouts)
EDIT: I also had Chicken slopped in BBQ sauce. And a sweet potato with the smallest bit of butter, some cinnamon and a bit of sugar.
So, I'm in the 550 area. Keep in mind that I estimated a good amount of that. Only thing I know for sure is the toast was 70 calories, the yogurt (which I didn't completely finish) was 150 calories and the dressing was 50 calories.

Absolutely. Nothing.
Didn't go to the gym this morning, and I'm not sure why. Last night, I kept thinking to myself "Never skip a Monday workout, because Monday workouts set you up for the whole week."
Officially, I can still do tonight's workout and not feel like an asshole. But I am just such the morning workouty type.
Maybe I'll experiment with going to bed earlier and getting up earlier to fit in an entire day's exercise.
Yeah, I don't think that's going to happen.
