I've been doing P90x since the end of March. For the first cycle, I was doing my own program because I didn't want to do classic, but the lean program was basically nothing by cardio and I love strength training. So the next 90 day cycle, which begins June 16th, I'm going to do the classic program.

I haven't really lost a lot, but I've noticed definite changes in my arms. So, yay for progress.

I'm thinking about starting the South Beach Diet. Also considering the Fat Smash diet. Either way, lots of fruits and veggies, with little meat. Which won't be a huge problem for me.
