Claire Bennett I doubt would have as she's still unconscious. Snape I also doubt would have involved himself since what was meant as a relatively inane act involving a love potion turned into nothing trouble for him. A more serious substance he would want no part of mostly out out self-preservation. Edward Nygma I don't know all that much about, other than he's flashy and if he did something he'd probably be smug about it.

It was stolen from an inmate. I'm speaking to him now in the hope he'll cooperate. You can understand my hesitation to name him, I think, until this is sorted; the wardens here haven't proven to be entirely efficient at matters, after all.

Usually the inefficient ones don't care to ask. It would help if we know who took it in the first place, then we might be able to figure out intended victims. Just because we held them up one way doesn't mean they won't try to do something another.

The vial was stolen from Arthas who stole it from me. I don't believe he was an intermediate, nor do I believe that his role suggests intended targets. It may lend aid to potential suspects, however.

[Shit] If it was Arthas, then the intended victim was everyone. I won't mention this specific incident, but I have reason to believe Arthas's sword is posing its own problems. Psychics may be having some sensitivity to it. This part I do intend to bring up publicly at some point, but if Arthas is doing something Tirion needs to be informed.

If you find out who has it now, I can assist switching the vial with the false one so that the current holder genuinely believes they have the real thing. I'm willing to work with Arthur to do it. However, if I did it I'd prefer that all remaining samples of the substance be discretely neutralized in the infirmary or by T'Pol in the labs.
