too many thing

I need to write too many things. So I don't know where to start. EEEP.

We're having Dharma people over for dinner and I have no idea what to make for dinner. I need to spend some time looking through cookbooks this evening. If all else fails I will pan sear salmon and make some sides from one of the Ottolenghi cookbooks. IDEK. I'm definitely making a cheesecake though. I know that much.

I'm still trying to whack my way through this Angel novel just to see how badly the author mangled her portrayal of Hell. So far it's pretty bland and boring. Hell is still the Bellagio hotel surrounded by a vague post-apocalyptic movie set.

We're taking a an overnight trip to Portland on Sunday with
kal and that will be lovely! Good food, maybe some swimming, and a visit to a museum that has lots of Winslow Homer paintings. YAY.

Now if I could just get my laundry done, some writing done, read this book, clean my apartment, and make dinner for six people I can relax. D:
