Happy Christmas!
It's 6:35 am and I woke up like a shot at 5:19 am. No idea why. I was so hoping Yuletide was live, but it won't be for two point five more hours and that's when we have to start Christmas. Coffee. Stockings. Presents. Waffles. Finish making apple pie. Help my dad with the standing rib roast, the TEN POUND rib roast he bought for three people to eat. (Thankfully he invited neighbors over so it'll be more like five people.) We'll also be having six lobster tails with herb butter. Brussels sprouts braised in garlic, roasted asparagus, creamed onions (which I find icky, but my dad loves), truffled mashed potatoes, apple pie with homemade vanilla ice cream, and a lot of damn cookies, not to mention the appetizers we're having before dinner. I feel full already. D:
