Brain not on drugs
I didn't take any adderall today and wow was my brain bouncing off everything. I did not know what to do with myself and LJ was sloooow and I didn't have any real work to do so I opened up my sixth draft and deleted a chunk of it as an experiment and restructured the ending based on something flourish said to me. She managed to devour the whole bloody ms in like a day. O_O
I think I like where the restructure is going, but it wasn't work I was prepared to face without staying power, i.e my brain on drugs. So at least that gives me something to do tomorrow. Later in the week I get to read someone else's novel ms. Otherwise I hate this period of time after I've turned in a draft and I wander around kind of lost.
Thankfully holidays are coming and there is baking, decorating, and crafty things to do soon. I have to knit another Totoro for my tiny niece and some Totoro mittens for the older niece and another pair of socks for my mother in law. I'm probably going to break down and watch The Vampire Diaries while I do all that knitting. I really thought the first episode was terrible though I am willing to give it a second try.
