so, if you knew that a guy with an Xbox managed to use the System Link function in conjunction with the internet to play games with other people all over the world, without using a store-bought router but instead figured it out using parts he had lying around (tin cans, paper clips, bits of cable, old ethernet cards), would you be impressed?
I sure am. I'm not completely sure what I'm impressed about specifically, but anytime one can cobble together the necessary gear with stuff that's just lying around I'm impressed.
