oh, i loved this. i really, really did. it was so lovely and heartbreaking all at once. i want to go through and pick out bits that i loved but there are far too many. i loved your characterization of the Doctor though, as well as "He took her to see the world." i can practically hear this heartbreaking, bittersweet phrase in Rose's voice.

the only thing i want to point out though, is that the Powell Estates are in London, not Cardiff.
