follow through?
well, so much for internet in a week. My last visit from an IT technician was exactly a week ago, and guess what? I have not even received a phone call from Networking or Telecommunications. Not. even. a. phone. call.
This is absolutely ridiculous, the kind of ridiculous that makes you want to go out of your way to find some comment form or survey you can fill out just to express your anger at how ridiculous this whole thing is. And they say they have other people on the list before me... my question is, have these people been waiting 2 and a half weeks too? or longer?
It's all so crazy.
School is crazy right now, so much reading to do and it's so hard to keep up with, but it all remains in balance somehow. In fact, I discovered today that I am still pretty much where I need to be with everything. So now, I'm looking forward to spending a relaxing weekend with my friends and the boyfriend. Not to mention the fact that Rebecca's boyfriend will be in town, and we might be pulling some sort of a double (or triple) date. I have mixed feelings about that... it could be a great thing, but it might be awkward too. Hopefully not. I just want to have fun this weekend.
Then, sunday night- Southern Exposure. I hope I get a good kid. Most of them are good, but some are absolutely no fun at all (those are genearally the ones Amy gets). I guess we'll have to wait and see. Well, I have to get back to the room now... more updates later ( I hope).
