There is a hole...
it's located on my right ring finger... there used to be flesh there lol.
It's small really, but just so you all know... staples can be a very dangerous thing. I was putting away some ornaments the other day, and the packaging at the top is stapled together... or so it's supposed to be. Painful stuff really, especially when you stick your finger and then realize that it's still stuck in you and you can't get it out cuz your hands are full...
good times. gotta love manual labor lol.
I have never seen so much glitter on ornaments either. I mean, they're snowflakes just made of glitter, and that's it! There was glitter everywhere... I was sparkling so much I could blind somebody if I walked under a light. Hence, my new nickname coined by Bruce- "Sparkles"
He thinks it's cute... I, however, did not find it so amusing at the time. I felt like I needed to take a shower I was covered in so much of that junk. And I do mean "junk". Whatever Christmas stuff we have left= junk. You can't clean it or make it look neat... just junk. We should call it the junk section rather than seasonal now. "Rear junk, you have a call" The customers might wonder though...
Well, it goes without saying my mood has improved greatly today, that is probably 85% because I am feeling 3 times better than I was yesterday. Still coughing, but sneezing more than anything (which can actually be amusing at times). But doing better, and not chewing everyone's head off. Correction: not chewing my boyfriend's head off... yeah.
OH, and I didn't even mention. I went to see Phantom of the Opera last night. I wasn't sure what to expect, because I actually saw the show on broadway when I was about 10 years old. I remembered just a few things, but remembered more as the movie progressed. Well, I was thoroughly impressed overall. The guy was just alright, his voice didn't seem quite as strong. The girl, however, was amazing. She's only 18 years old too, wow. She had a powerful voice indeed. The music overall was incredible, that organ just pounds into you as you're sitting in the theater. And the movie is intense too, completely thrilling. This is not your calm, boring type musical. The story was fantastic, and I don't even mind the slight changes from the original show. It's great, if you have any sort of appreciation for dramatic stage productions or musicals, I highly recommend it :)
Well, this will most likely be my last update before going back, I'm going to begin packing this evening... check my list of things to go with me, and enjoy sleeping in my own bed for just two more nights. Then it's back to my other life...
