All That Jazz

I miss sleeping in Andrew's bed.

Seriously.  It's bigger than ours and is comfortable.

So, Chicago was lots of fun.  We all went to this amazing piano bar called Howl at the Moon with Jen on the first night.  I had a great time there and got a little tipsy.

We also went the Shedd Aquarium, which was a really cool thing.  Except for the part where I tripped and hurt my knee and started bleeding.  That part was not nearly as cool as the dolphin show. :)

We also got to see the Body Worlds exhibit at the Museum of Sci. & Industry.  It was real dead people.  It was weird and amazing and gross and fascinating all at the same time.  We weren't allowed to take any pics, though. :(

There was a lot we didn't get to see because we ran out of time.  We did not, for instance, get a private luncheon with Oprah.  We *did* get to have some genuine Chicago-style pizza.  It was really amazing and yummy.

This was the first time I really got to hang out with Andrew on any sort of long-term basis.  It was really fun, and he's great.  He was a wonderful host, so I'm giving him a big shout out.  Word up, Andrew!

He also discovered that while Michael and I are weird separately, together we are some sort of super-weird.  We were explaining some of this super-weirdness, and it caused him to roll on the floor, clutch his head, and say, "I just don't know what to do."

Anyway, Chicago was great, and hanging out with Andrew was great.  Still, I don't think I could live there full-time.  I'm just not a big city girl.  I don't like wearing shoes.

Here are my pics from the trip.  At some point, I plan to get all of our pics into photobucket, but that's so far down on my list of things to do, who knows when that will be.  For now, enjoy these. :)
