You're freaking me out, man.
So, within 48 hours of each other, two girls passed out during class. The first was on Tuesday afternoon, and she just slid right out of her chair. Her head hit the floor really hard. It was scary. We called 911 and everything. She regained consciousness after about 10 seconds and was fine--mostly embarassed, but the paramedics checked her out anyway.
The other girl passed out today just as class was ending, and again we called 911. She was out of consciousness for at least 6 or 7 minutes, which may not seem like a long time, but when you're standing there looking at her, it seems to last forever. She regained consciousness just as the paramedics arrived (they were very quick to arrive both times). Apparently, she has a heart problem and has episodes like this about once a month.
