heeeeyyyy everyboodyyyy
lordy lordy lordy! Langerado was so crazy rad. my weekend was so ridiculously good- got to see some fucking fantastic bands, take some great psychadelic drugs, get some sun, swim, see mexicans fight alligators, drink lotsa beer, and have loads of sex! (thats my idea of a good vacation) We rolled in late after a series of crazy mishaps that i don't feel like getting into right now, so i missed les claypool and dark star orchestra and perpetual groove. but hey if i had to pick a night to miss it woulda been that one. friday we got to see matt pond pa, beastie boys, the roots, built to spill, lotsa good shit, and i acquired some free mescaline so i tried that out. pretty sweet i daresay. made everything reeeal vivid. saturday was state radio, 311, ben folds, sts9, bassnectar, REM, etc etc rem was the shit btw, and 311 fucking KILLED. saturday and sunday were acid days, and i got to see MINUS THE FUCKING BEAR as well as Of Montreal, one helluva crazy unique band. also blind melon, keller williams, pelican, the national, disco biscuits, matisyahu who tore it up, THIEVERY CORPORATION burrowed itself a little place in my heart, and all the great sights, lights, hippies, alligators, fluffy ass clouds and colors made for an unforgettable experience.
after all that festival shit, (which was entirely funded by my rad sugar mama wendy) we chilled a few days in naples with her rich aunt and ate escargot and filet mignion(sp forget it i can't even spell the shit we were eating) laid by the pool and swam in the ocean. i'm flabbergasted by how good of a time i had.
now i'm back in philly workin and peelin and bein chilly and wishing i could keep wearing shorts and LISTENING TO OF MONTREAL. i also picked up a used rem cd for mad cheap, and a new flaming lips cd as well as the national. all enjoyable stuff

the other day i figured out modest mouse's spittin venom on guitar by ear, i'm pretty proud of myself lol tho i'm sure its simple compared to most of their stuff. also me and jim went to the bar with our boss the other day and she told us about how she used to trip at the place i do security!! what a sweet discovery, now i feel much better about being high at work lol also i'm excited to go home and see my fam for easter. hells yea easter! i'm gonna have a sweet basket of goodies and lotsa candy and eggs i can't wait.
where's rob? rob come to me! dillon, bear, alec, matej, it's been too long you ladies. alec we should meet somewhere for a bite or somethin in philly when we give you the PA $$ and we can feel each other up.
