last night i went to the movies with tom. we saw the longest yard-it was FUCKING HILARIOUS! i definitly recommend watching it the next time u go see a movie and want to laugh hard. it was so stereotypical to penitentaries.. oh man! "I made him shit his pants!" fuck! that was jokes... ud have to see it to know what i mean. anyway..
ew ive had 350 cals today.
im going to trick my body so my metabolism doesnt slow down much.. ill had 350 today (already.. so no more eating!!!)...maybe 100 tomorrow.. then nothing on tuesday. then up to 800 on wed...then go down from there... OR i can do the 2468 diet.
200 cals one day
400 the next
600 the next
800 the next
then back to 200.. and keep going.
but i can be bad with counting my cals because i forget to count some here or there. I will count more then i eat so if i did forget any.. itll sorta be counted, u know what im saying? I dont blame u if u dont, im dumb.
SO i hope my plan works.
