sometimes its worth it to goto work
Today i was just walking around in my dept. and i see a bunch of these weird guys one guy stood out because he had a rainbow beard so i thought maybe it was a art group. but i turn around and i see none other than Ringo Starr and he asks me if we had this particular robert graham shirt in a small because "ima small guy i need a small" .Now all i have is this huge smile on my face and im beat red but i dont miss a beat and i bring him over to one of the other clothing racks and we shuffle thru some shirts but he says "well i like the other ones pattern" he goes to another table and picks up to shirts and hands them to this big guy(meaning beer belly) and asks him to get them the big guy hands them to me and ask me to ring them up and i say sure come over to my single register all this time im keeping my cool looking around to see if anyone is noticing this as im compleating the sale for the big guy two other guys come up with shirts using credit cards i had to see their id's because no signatures on the card one guy was from tennesse and another guy was from california. so then they left a few moments later i was past my outside door and there was ringo again waiting for his car, this esclade pulls up and he jumps in with the big guy. I finally caught my breath and told one of my managers and she goes to check the tape with the security guard there back there for a while asking me questions and my security guy comes back out and says "it wasnt him his beard is red-ish" but i knew it was him and i went online at work went to ringo's website just so i could prove it i also found out that he was playing a theater by our mall called the Genesse Theather doing a special for PBS to air in Aug. My security guard is convinced that it wasnt ringo but i swear it was i mean i was shoulder to shoulder with him
