Bones is in a bit of a mood. You can tell this by the way he just snapped at Nurse Chapel, threw a datapad, and threatened a patient with a scalpel.
A warning for Enterprise senior staff: this is what happens when you take away a man's easy access to real alcohol (read: not synthahol) and then ignore procedure and wander off alone into unexplored and probably highly unstable dimensional nexuses. Saying you were going after other crew members who'd ignored procedure is not an excuse. You make Bones worry, people, and doesn't he already worry enough?
