Game Description:
Adultery, divorce, insurance matters, and the occasional missing "treasured" (and expensive) pet...all commonplace in your everyday private investigator's line of work. But, occasionally, the P.I. is more ambitious than normal, the cases are more unusual, and the consequences are more lucrative...and more dangerous.
After years of having an inside view of police and government bureaucracy, Justin Ross has started his own P.I. business, taking on the cases other investigators won't touch and assisting local law enforcement with their tougher cases.
*****
"The Waterfront" RPG is an original free-form police/P.I. game set in modern day Baltimore, Maryland and the surrounding area.
Characters can work as private investigators (Darkwater Investigations is the name of the business run by Justin Ross), police detectives from the Baltimore PD, FBI agents (limited positions), or anyone else that these groups might interact with (media, criminals, etc.). The game is both plot- and character-driven, and emphasis is made on how the people involved help or hinder each other.
I am currently looking for players who are able to post at least once a week.
If you have any questions that can't be answered by the information on the site, don't hesitate to email me! :)
