Hanging out here in Dallas at JohnAlives. We are about to grill some tasty cheddarwurst and have a brew. MMMM.
I am ready to sunburn. I need some color.
Went to Mae/RelientK/Sherwood in Kansas City monday. It was fun. Britni and I hung out with Jacob and Rob for a bit afterward at some mexican place. There was a guest list mix up and we had to pay $19 to get in a piece. I told the lady I even had the text from Jacob on my phone telling us he put us on the list and she was like...ughhh why don't you call your friend. I was like ughhhh because he is on stage drumming. Genius! Saw the last two songs of mae's set. I was mad but it ended up being a great trip, great chats, and good times.
I love work..even though that's all I do. I have no time for anything else. I just got over a three week bronchitus. I had like 3 inhalers, antibiotics, mucus medicine, nasal spray, and cough syrup. Work kind of ran me down and prolonged the sickness.
I realized everything that matters in life. I've found a lot. I've loved a lot. I'm happy.
content for now but antsy for what lies ahead.
Driving here the moon lit up the sky over the highway like a streetlamp. It was so beautiful and every cloud told me a story.
I need to go eat a cheddardog.
